Culturally attuned wellness and movement in the GTA

Movement is part of mental health, and InnaPace lists yoga, Pilates, and performance practitioners across Toronto and Mississauga who see all of who you are.

A studio can be the room a person feels least at home in, which is why who is in it matters as much as what is on the schedule.

InnaPace lists training and movement, nutrition, and naturopathic care alongside therapy across Canada. The listings below are grouped by what each practitioner does, and a group appears only when a real practitioner is in it.

Common questions

How does movement support mental health?

Movement changes sleep, appetite, energy and the sense of being at home in your own body, and those are the same things a therapist asks about. It does not replace therapy. It is the other half of the same work, which is why InnaPace lists both.

What is the InnaPace community?

It is the network of practitioners themselves. Someone listed on InnaPace can refer you on to a practitioner in another discipline when that is what you need, so a therapist can point you toward movement and a movement practitioner can point you toward a therapist. It is not a group for clients to join.

InnaPace is a Canadian directory of practitioners who support your mental health, through the body as much as the conversation.
